    This 8-session coaching program is designed to strip things back to basics, meet you exactly where you are, and guide you through each stage of recovery — with education, empathy, and sustainable tools.

    TOGETHER WE WILL:

    • Learn about the stages of burnout — so you can understand what’s happening in your body + brain and why you’re not “broken.”

    • Meet your most basic needs without shame — food, rest, water, movement, connection.

    • Rediscover joy and energy, one tiny step at a time — not performative wellness, but what actually feels nourishing.

    • Progress at your pace — from “can’t get off the floor” → “finding your feet” → “ready to re-enter life on your terms.”
